Sparring over the Pebble Mine has trickled into national and state politics over the past few weeks. Recently, sports fishing groups called on the Presidential candidates to take a position on Pebble, and a House oversight committee slammed the EPA’s Inspector General report on the agency’s work in Bristol Bay. This week, a joint meeting of the House and Senate resources committees heard from Gen. Joe Ralston about the Cohen report.
